Here's Your First Look at the Murphy Brown Revival

Murphy Brown hasn't missed a beat, as the first look trailer for CBS' revival of the '80s hit comedy reveals.

First glimpses of Candice Bergen returning as the pull-no-punches investigative journalist show she's still suffering no fools in a media game that's changed thanks to cable news, social media, fake news and a different political and cultural climate. She and her colleagues Jim Dial (Charles Kimbrough), Corky Sherwood (Faith Ford Pat Corley), Frank Fontana (Joe Regalbuto) and Miles Silverberg (Grant Shaud) are back to "take on this crazy new world of alternative facts and fake news." After all, that's their civic duty, right?

Murphy Brown ran for 10 seasons on CBS, winning 18 Emmys and three Golden Globes; CBS has already committed to 13 episodes.

Murphy Brown will air Thursdays at 9:30/8:30c on CBS.
