MS. SMITH GOES BACK TO COURT
Accused gold digger Anna Nicole Smith is being sued by producer Vince Offer for backing out of 1999's The Underground Comedy Movie starring Joey Buttafuoco. According to court papers, Offer claims the Playboy Playmate — who last week was hospitalized after dropping a dumbbell on her left hand (ouch!) — agreed to do the film but changed her mind after realizing it would be a bad career move. Gee, I wonder what tipped her off.
