Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are in a legal battle thanks to a class-action lawsuit filed against their Dualstar Entertainment Group, Page Six reports.

The lead plaintiff, Shahista Lalani, who was a design intern for the Olsen's fashion line The Row in 2012, accuses Dualstar of wage theft and claims various forms of mistreatment while working for the company. Lalani worked directly under The Row's head technical designer for five months, during which she worked 50-hour weeks. She claims she was "doing the work of three interns" and had to run personal errands for paid employees in addition to such other duties data entry, organizing materials and pattern cutting. Lalani even claims she was hospitalized due to dehydration because of the unreasonable workload.

The Olsen twins are still "teetering" on Fuller House participation

"You're like an employee, except you're not getting paid," Lalani said. "They're kind of mean to you. Other interns have cried. I'd see a lot of kids crying doing coffee runs, photocopying stuff."

Though Lalani says the Olsens "were never mean to anyone," she alleges that the twins' company didn't pay 40 past and present interns. The suit demands Dualstar pay interns minimum wage and overtime since they have similar duties to paid employees.
