Real Housewives Star LuAnn de Lesseps Splits From Boyfriend Jacques Aszoulay

Real Housewives of New York City star LuAnn de Lesseps has split from her boyfriend of three years, Jacques Aszoulay, Us Weekly reports.

"They are at different points in their life now and have mutually agreed it is best," The Countess' rep tells the magazine. "LuAnn is upset, but it's amicable and they remain friends. Jacques has been a wonderful part of her life." The reality star thanked fans for their support Friday after news of the split broke. "Thanks for all your kind words today. Know that they were truly appreciated. Xo," she tweeted.

De Lesseps, 48, began dating the wine entrepreneur, 38, in 2010. Their relationship was featured on the Bravo reality show — most heavily last season when De Lesseps contemplated having another baby.

De Lesseps has two teenage children, Victoria and Noel, with her first husband, French nobleman Count Alexandre. The two were married for 16 years, before divorcing in 2009. She has continued to use her title since.

De Lesseps recently appeared on Royal Pains and is reportedly set to return for the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of New York City.
