If you absolutely adored last year's big-screen LGBTQ rom-com Love, Simon, Disney+ has good news for you!

Variety reports that Disney's new streaming service is developing a series based on the popular film. Love, Simon (based on Becky Albertalli's novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda)was directed by Greg Berlanti's and followed the titular Simon (Nick Robinson), a high school boy struggling to come out to his friends and family. Also starring Jennifer Garner, Katherine Langford, and Keiynan Lonsdale, Love, Simon was a hit at the box office, and critics called it "charming" and "overdue."

For now, details are sparse as to whether the series would follow Simon's journey or whether it would focus on the events in the novel's sequel, Leah on the Offbeat, about one of Simon's best friends.

Reps for Disney and Berlanti did not immediately return TV Guide's requests for comment.
