Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Quits

Shawn Chapman Holley, who represented Lindsay Lohan through her probation violation trial, has stepped down as her lawyer, according to TMZ.com.

Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 90 days in jail for probation violation

On Tuesday, Lohan was found in violation of her probation from a 2007 DUI case. Judge Marsha Revel sentenced her to 90 days in jail, followed by a court-ordered 90-day impatient substance abuse program. Lohan is expected to report to Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. on July 20.

During the sentencing, Holley said Lohan is determined to finish her mandatory classes and is currently "ahead of track to finish the program."

Holley did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
