Should Lindsay Lohan Sue Makers of Grand Theft Auto 5?

Lindsay Lohan is considering taking legal action against Rockstar Games, the makers of Grand Theft Auto 5, for allegedly using her likeness without her permission, TMZ reports.

However, the question is: Did Rockstar Games really use her likeness? The cover art of the game features a blond woman, who looks similar to Lohan, in a bikini holding a cell phone. However, there has also been debate about whether the character resembles Kate Upton or Shelby Welinder more.

There is also a part of the game where another character that looks like Lohan asks the player to take home and help her evade the paparazzi. Sound familiar?

Another part of the game shows another lookalike female character at a hotel resembling the famous Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles — a spot that Lohan frequents and where she once lived. The mission in that part of the game is to photograph the character having sex on camera.
