Dance Moms follows instructor Abby Lee Miller as she coaches young dancers (and their mothers) as they follow their dreams of being stage stars. Miller is also the star of Lifetime's offshoot series, Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition, which premiered this week.

Last season, Dance Moms was the No. 1 unscripted cable series in its timeslot, Tuesdays at 9 p.m., among women ages 18 to 49. It also drew the youngest audience of any Lifetime show, with a median viewing age of 32.
