Hawkman is heading to DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
Falk Hentschel (Reckless) has been cast as Hawkman (aka Carter Hall) on the new series, a spin-off of Arrowand The Flash that will premiere midseason on The CW, TVLine reports.
Hawkman, an Egyptian prince who is continually reincarnated into different forms, is the counterpart to/soulmate of Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee), who has already been introduced on The Flash. Both can access the powers of Horus, the Hawk God. The character will debut this fall during the planned crossover event between Arrow and The Flash and then continue on Legends.
Hentschel shared the news on Twitter Monday.
