The NBA star's condition is improving at a dramatic rate
Lamar Odom's health is improving at a dramatic rate. According to TMZ, his kidneys have improved so much he is no longer on dialysis and will no longer need a kidney transplant.
Following this surprising turnaround, the former Lakers star was reportedly moved from the ICU to the hospital floor where he'll undergo physical therapy to recover from the multiple strokes he suffered.
On Oct. 13, Odom was hospitalized after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel. He tested positive for cocaine and allegedly had been on several other drugs during his three-day stay at the brothel. Odom's estranged wife Khloe Kardashian immediately rushed to his side and asked a judge to throw out the divorce papers, which had never been finalized.
