Kim Richards Sentenced to Three Years of Probation for Drunken Arrest in Beverly Hills

After being arrested back in April at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Kim Richards has been sentenced to three years of summary probation, 30 days of community labor and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

According to a police report obtained by Us Weekly, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star entered a plea of no contest to the misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. She was first arrested when she got into a drunken altercation with police at the hotel after making a scene and being asked to leave.

In August, Richards was arrested for allegedly shoplifting more than 100 items from a Target in California's San Fernando Valley, and was later hospitalized by her family, who were concerned for her well-being.
