Two months after a supposed one-off special drew 2.1 million viewers, the network has ordered additional hours of Kate Plus 8, TLC announced Monday.
There's no word yet on how many hours have been ordered, but according to the Hollywood Reporter, we do know the footage will air over several specials beginning in December.

In case you've been blissfully ignoring all things Gosselin in recent years, twins Cara and Mady will soon be entering eighth grade, while sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel are entering fourth grade.
The new specials are expected to follow Kate and her large brood as they travel to Boston and explore New England on a family vacation.
Fall TV: Familiar faces in new places
The series (originally Jon & Kate Plus 8) aired on Discovery Health from 2007 to 2008, at which time it moved to TLC where it ran until its cancellationafter 150 episodes in 2011.
