Billy Joel is coming out of "retirement" to reunite with Elton John for a new concert tour. According to the New York Daily News, Joel — who two years ago announced that his touring days were over — will embark on a cross-country tour with John in February. A rep for Joel would only confirm that a tour is in "the discussion stage."
