The terrible track record has gotten worse.

"I love him and I'm really sad, but I have to look out for me," the 29-year-old Harris told the magazine.Added Swiderski: "We're both kind of resetting. Jillian isn't happy and I'm definitely sad about the whole thing, but we got to work through some things on our own if we decide to move forward."

Their breakup comes two weeks after The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi's contentious split and puts another dent in the ABC franchise's poor track record. Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, who wed in February, make up the only remaining love match from 14 Bachelor seasons, while Trista and Ryan Sutter constitute the only pair still going strong from five Bachelorette seasons. The Sutters have been married for six years and have two children.Harris and Swiderski, 30, got engaged on the Season 5 finale of The Bachelorette last summer. Shortly after, they denied reports by Us Weekly that Swiderski was cheating on Harris with two ex-girlfriends during filming of the show.

"I have everything picked out, but we just don't know when it's going to be and we don't know where it's going to be," she said then. "We want a big barbecue, maybe an '80s band, some food made by my Auntie Betsy. I want it to be big and exciting and beautiful, but at the same time down-to-earth."
