Jesse James and tattoo artist Kat Von D are engaged, Peoplereports.

James, 41, has been dating the LA Inkstar since last summer. James and Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock finalized their divorce in June after he admitted to cheating on her.

The 28-year-old Von D feels the same about the former Monster Garage star. "There is no one else for me. He's the one," she said.

James recently took to Twitter to profess his love for his fiancé. "They say True love will always shine through," he wrote. "The only reason I started Twitter again? so I could publicly profess my love for @thekatvond."
