Trouble continues to follow Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans. Her fiancé Nathan Griffith was arrested on charges of domestic violence on Wednesday, E! News reports.

Authorities responded to a residence in Myrtle Beach, S.C. - the location where Evans is currently filming Teen Mom 2 - about a domestic disturbance.

"Officers investigated and determined that an assault had taken place, as a result of an argument between two persons who were determined to be household members. Officers arrested one Nathan Griffith, 27 years of age, of Myrtle Beach, S.C. He has been charged with one count of Criminal Domestic Violence and he is presently being held at the Horry County Detention Center," the Horry County Police Department told the site in a statement on Wednesday.

TMZ reports that the fight was over the engagement ring Griffith gave Evans in January. According to the police report, Griffith asked for it back and then allegedly pinned Evans against a toilet and ripped it off her finger, leaving a cut.
