Jeff Lewis Lands Another Bravo Show: Property Envy

Bravo viewers are about to see a whole lot more of Jeff Lewis. Earlier this week, the network announced pick-ups for the real estate and design star's Flipping Out and Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis. He also just landed a third gig on the upcoming Property Envy, premiering this summer. We caught up with the outspoken "Bravolebrity" at Wednesday's upfront party and per usual, he didn't hold much back.

TV Guide Magazine: You already have two property design shows. How will Property Envy be different?
Jeff Lewis: It's a design and real estate show where I serve on a panel of judges. It's kind of like Fashion Police, but it's for design and real estate so it's fast and funny and quick. You'll see gorgeous homes and then we guess the prices. And we do a little celebrity real estate.

TV Guide Magazine: Who else is on the panel?
Lewis: Mary McDonald from Million Dollar Decorators, who is hysterical. It was funny because we did all these chemistry tests and Mary and me really jelled the best. Now the problem is that we're looking for a third person, and we think we found her. It's interesting because it's not exactly who I thought — I thought we all were going to love each other, but we don't all love each other. I guess that makes for good TV.

TV Guide Magazine: Absolutely. And that must make for a loud, exciting and contradictory panel.
Lewis: It's a lot of comments. A lot of fun, snarky comments. Sometimes positive, sometimes not. What I will say is that the chemistry of the host and Mary and I works really, really well — the third judge, maybe not so much. She's a little full of herself.

TV Guide Magazine: So you won't tell me who the third panelist is, but how about the host?
Lewis: I can't say that yet!
