Jean-Claude Van Damme's wife, Gladys, has filed for divorce, TMZ reports.
This is the second time the couple has split, and the fifth divorce for Van Damme overall. He and Gladys were previously married from 1987 to 1992 and remarried in 1999.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Gladys cited irreconcilable differences and said she and Jean-Claude have been separated since earlier this month.
They have two adult children together.
