Leno joins actress Julianne Moore, who was named Hasty Pudding's Woman of the Year last week.
Both will receive their pudding pot at the roast and ceremony on Feb. 4.
The Hasty Pudding Awards are presented annually to performers who have made a lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment.
