Spike TV is reviving the reality series Jail, but this time focusing on the lockups in Las Vegas. The network has just ordered 22 episodes of the newly retitled Jail: Las Vegas, which will premiere in 2015.

Langley Productions, which is behind the long-running TV staple Cops, is also the producer on Jail. This expands Spike's relationship with Langley; the network also revived Cops after Fox canceled it in 2013.

Jail first premiered on My Network TV in 2007 and featured jails in several cities, including Las Vegas, Tampa, Tulsa and Austin. The show also aired on TruTV (under the title Inside American Jail). More recently, Spike has been airing episodes.

"Jail has had a great run, in production since 2007, but it has really found its home on Spike TV, where it pairs perfectly with Cops," says executive producer Morgan Langley.
