Idris Elba Responds to James Bond Speculation in the Most Perfect Way

Thanks to the Sony hack, Idris Elba has found himself in the middle of a storm of speculation that he's going to be cast as the next James Bond.

"Idris should be the next Bond," according to an email from Sony Pictures co-chair Amy Pascal that was leaked as a result of the hack.

Though some have expressed skepticism at Elba as 007 -- namely Rush Limbaugh , just because Elba is black -- a number of fans are intrigued by the idea. But Elba is dismissing the notion for now.

"Isn't 007 supposed to [be] handsome? Glad you think I've got a shot! Happy New year people," the Luther star tweeted Saturday.
