A few weeks after John Travolta butchered her name at the Oscars, Idina Menzel has finally addressed the gaffe in an interview with Billboard. Menzel said she "was very zen" as she prepared for her performance of "Let It Go," but that Travolta introducing her as Adele Dazeem "threw me for a minute." "But then I just got back on track and reminded myself of where I was, and what a beautiful moment it was," she said.

Travolta later gave a publicapology for mangling the Broadway star's name, but also went the extra mile and sent flowers to Menzel. "He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool," Menzel explained.
The name flub inspired countless memes and parody videos, which Menzel doesn't seem to mind. "Please. I mean, I've only benefited from it!"
