Time: March 13 at 10/9c

Rise is the latest emotional drama from Friday Night Lights and Parenthood creator Jason Katims. This time Katims has teamed up with Hamilton producer Jeffrey Sellers to bring you the story of a small down-on-its-luck town that's about to be revitalized by its high school theater program. It's easy to recognize Katims' signature emotional beats, and fans of Friday Night Lights will feel at home in this new series led by Josh Radnor and an ensemble of young fresh faces.

The series will get a big boost from the This Is Us finale on Tuesday, March 13, airing its first episode at 10/9c after the Season 2 finale of NBC's hit family drama. Starting March 20, Rise will take over the This Is Us Tuesday time slot at 9/8c until it completes its 10-episode first season run.

You can check the show out on NBC, the next day on Hulu or check out fuboTV, which you can try for free with the link above.
