This season, Carrie (Claire Danes) fights to free several members of the intelligence community -- including Saul (Mandy Patinkin) -- from imprisonment after President Keane (Elizabeth Marvel) had them arrested following the assassination attempt on her life in the Season 6 finale. Never one to shy away from mirroring real-world problems, the season will also feature the return of alt-right media man Brett O'Keefe (Jake Weber) whose incendiary rhetoric riles up his supporters.
