The Vegas Golden Knights are 3 wins away from winning the Stanley Cup after their 6-4 win over the Washington Capitals on Monday night. Playing to a rowdy crowd at home in the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas, the Golden Knights scored the first goal eight minutes into the first period. Washington responded with two goals of their own, and the teams traded goals and chances until Vegas went up 5-4 in the third period. The Caps almost tied the game with 40 seconds left as Wilson dished the puck to Eller who failed to put it into the wide-open net. After scoring the game-winning fifth goal, Nosek sealed it with an empty net goal with three seconds left in the game.

The teams remain in Las Vegas for game 2 Wednesday at 5 p.m. Pacific (8 p.m. Eastern). Pre-game coverage begins on NBCSN at 3 p.m. Pacific, with NBC broadcasting the game starting at 5 p.m. You can stream on mobile via the NBC Sports App with your cable login, or if you don't have cable, you can stream the game via Hulu with Live TV or fuboTV.
