HOUSTON, ONE PROBLEM'S OUT OF THE WAY

Songbird Whitney Houston's Hawaiian marijuana possession charge has finally been dismissed, the Honolulu Star Bulletin reports. Houston pled no contest and was fined over $4,000 last year after trying to board a plane with half an ounce of pot. She faced possible re-sentencing after a required drug evaluation was delayed, but drug-abuse treatment has since been deemed unnecessary for the troubled singer.
