Over The Hills? Hardly! Show Hits Ratings High

Monday night's episode of The Hills — the first of Season 3's eight bonus episodes — averaged 4.8 million total viewers, the MTV series' largest audience ever for a single episode. The Hills also hit an all-time high in its 12-34 target demo, and in fact was Monday's best-delivering prime-time program in that regard. And that's just counting the kiddies who watched it old-school-style on TV! On Tuesday, MTV.com served up 1.8 million streams of the episode, a 29 percent increase from Season 3's opener.Me? I believe you can "watch" the series simply by scanning magazine cover lines at the Hudson News newsstand. — MWM
