The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Isabella Amalia Delgado, on Saturday, E! Online reports.
Delgado posted a picture of his daughter's foot on Instagram Monday, with the caption "I never knew how much I could love til I met you, the greatest gift of my life."
