7 Things to Know About Ryan Seacrest's New Girlfriend, Hilary Cruz

Ryan Seacrest is finding some exciting new ways to fill the time now that American Idol is on its way out!

The TV host, radio personality, and super-producer has been low-key dating former beauty queen Hilary Cruz, according to People. The two met through mutual friends.

"It's new," a source told the magazine. "They're having fun."

So who is Hilary Cruz? Some fun facts about the Colorado native:

1. Hilary Cruz was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2007.

2. She's 26 years old, the same age as Julianne Hough, Seacrest's last girlfriend. That makes her 14 years younger than Ryan Seacrest -- and much too old for him, as far as Hollywood is concerned.

3. She stopped by the finale of American Idollast month and snapped a goofy Instagram while she was there:

4. She's got a budding television career, including stints on Hell's Kitchen and Donald Trump's Pageant Place, along with roles in a couple of TV movies and music videos.
