Heidi and Spencer Make Like the Real Spidey by Donning Masks

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have been accused of faking feuds and scripted appearances on The Hills, but they say their fear of swine flu is real.
Taking a cue from the real Spidey, the just-marrieds donned masks for their trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, saying they wore them as protection against the outbreak.
Paparazzi caught the masked pair walking on a beach, posing, and even kissing through their masks — even as unmasked bystanders looked on.
The newlyweds are now back in the U.S, as Montag tweeted: "We landed!! Now I am just praying for health!" (Follow TV Guide on Twitter for breaking news and scoop.)
The couple had an unofficial, tequila-influenced wedding in Mexico last year. They married for real — we think — over the weekend in Pasadena, Calif.
