Hatcher Gives Lawsuit Lip Service, More Legal Briefs

Teri Hatcher has responded to the $2.8 million lawsuit she was hit with earlier this week. "Ms. Hatcher has not entered into any agreement with any other cosmetic or skincare companies or otherwise authorized or permitted any competitors of [Hydroderm] to use her name, likeness or celebrity in the promotion of products," her rep tells Extra. "[She] has done absolutely nothing wrong and has been ready, willing, able and eager to perform." In denying the plaintiff's motion, the judge called the claims "character assassination" of the "worst kind."Elsewhere: • Idol alumna Jessica Sierra has pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges, and is being held without bail until her Dec. 20 hearing.
