Skylar Astin is best known for making sweet harmonies as Jesse in the hit film Pitch Perfect. So it only makes sense that Astin is putting his vocal talents to good use to promote his new show Ground Floor.
In the new workplace comedy, premiering Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10/9c on TBS, Astin plays a young successful banker who falls for a beautiful woman (Cougar Town's Briga Heelan) who works in the maintenance department. From Scrubs and Cougar Town creator Bill Lawrence, the series also stars John C. McGinley.
Fall TV 2013: Must-watch new fall shows
"Only 34 floors apart, but completely different worlds," the new promo says. Thirty-four floors apart means lot of time spent in, you guessed it, the elevator, which is why the cast rocks out and even air-guitars out to the Aerosmith classic "Love in an Elevator."
