Greg Berlanti Reunites with ABC for Medical Drama

The untitled project will focus on world-famous neurosurgeon Dr. Steven Saylor, who is forced to become an internist again after suffering a traumatic brain injury. Berlanti and Gamble will write and executive-produce with Berlanti's producing partner Melissa Kellner Berman attached as well.The medical drama will mark a return to ABC for Berlanti who developed Brothers and Sisters, Dirty, Sexy, Money and Eli Stone. He most recently developed USA's Political Animals and CW's upcoming series Arrow.
