ABC and the Disney Channel have acquired shared-broadcast rights of 2000's top-grossing flick, Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas. According to Variety, the $60 million, 10-year pact allows the two networks to alternately air the film beginning in fall 2004.
