Production has officially finished shooting on the first season of Good Troubleand now we know when we can officially dive into Callie (Maia Mitchell) and Mariana's (Cierra Ramirez) new adult lives. Freeform announced Tuesday that Good Trouble will officially premiere Tuesday, Jan. 8!

For those still catching up, Good Trouble is a spin-offof The Fosters, focused on Callie and Mariana as they begin their post-college lives in Los Angeles. Callie has landed a clerkship with a conservative judge she hopes to influence with her liberal politics to make real change in the city and Mariana is a software engineer at a tech start-up. The new series doesn't forget the family that raised Callie and Mariana but it is definitely a much sexier, grown-up story than you're used to. TV Guide was able to preview the first two episodes and this is definitely not a show you want to watch with your parents!

We expected some drama from Callie and Mariana moving in together, but the sneak peek released with the premiere date reveals that their new digs, fancily dubbed "The Coterie," might not be the great new place the girls initially imagined. The truth is free toilet paper does sound like a great perk...but what kind of place would supply that?

Guess we'll find out in a couple of months. Good Trouble begins Tuesday, Jan. 8 on Freeform.
