More tantalizing hints about Netflix's long-awaited Gilmore Girlsrevival, A Year in the Life, are leaking out of Entertainment Weekly's PopFest, where six clips of brand new footage premiered this weekend.

The scenes included a stop by the Dragonfly Inn with Michel (Yanic Truesdale); a town meeting headed by Taylor Doose (Michael Winters); a Stars Hollow's International Food Festival; and Luke (Scott Patterson) and Emily (Kelly Bishop) bickering over a will in a scene that seemingly confirms Luke's relationship to Lorelai (Lauren Graham).

There was also a moment between Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Lorelei, with Rory moving back into her old bedroom after living in Brooklyn with the explanation "Lena Dunham's just going to have to get along without me."

Series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino, who presided over the show's panel at PopFest, explained that the format of the revival would be completely different than a typical binge-watch model: "It was an opportunity for us to do it in a nontraditional format. We came upon this idea to do four 90-minute movies, and that's what really excited us about this."

The biggest challenge for A Year in the Life, apparently, was re-building Stars Hollow, because the plans from the original sets no longer exist. The production team had to recreate the world of the series by watching old episodes.

Despite being off the air for almost a decade, stars Graham and Bledel are the highest paid actors in a television drama currently, because of the series' second life on Netflix.

Fans are waiting with baited breath for November 25th, when Netflix will finally unveil the four-part series revival Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.
