Game of Thrones Casts Styr, the Magnar of Thenn

Yuri Kolokolnikov has joined the cast of Game of Thrones for its upcoming fourth season, Entertainment Weekly reports.

The Russian actor, a newcomer in the States, will play Styr, the Madnar of Thenn. Thenn is a war tribe from beyond the wall, which has been preparing to invade Westeroes under Mance Rayder (Ciaran Hinds).

Kolokolnikov joins other previously announced new castmembers, including Joel Fry (10,000 Bc), Indira Varma (Rome), Sigur Ros, Michiel Huisman (Nashville) and Hafthor Julius Bjornsson, among others.

Game of Thrones will return in spring 2014.
