Exclusive: The Following Shows Off Season 3 Footage at New York Comic Con
Oh how things have changed! Fans of The Following got a sneak peek at scenes from Season 3 during the show's panel at New York Comic Con on Sunday, and as usual, there were quite a few shockers.

Fans of The Following got a sneak peek at scenes from Season 3 during the show's panel at New York Comic Con on Sunday, and as usual, there were quite a few shockers. Not only does the clip show Kevin Bacon's Ryan Hardy looking happy and healthy, it also reveals that he seems to have found a non-crazy love (Lost's Zuleikha Robinson). As for his niece Max (Jessica Stroup), well she looks to be very cozy with with a new guy, while Hardy's partner Weston (Shawn Ashmore) — last seen kissing young Ms. Hardy in the season finale — is out in the cold. Literally. He's all bundled up and standing outside, looking in at a wedding where the Hardys are celebrating.
Which is probably the safest place for the guy to be, since the otherwise happy clip takes a twisted turn at the end that hints at where the third season is headed. Not surprisingly, there are no shots of Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) or surviving psycho twin Mark (Sam Underwood) in sight, since you know the producers are keeping the returns of those two sickos under wraps until the perfect moment.
