According to the New York Daily News, the New Jersey Economic Growth and Tourism Commission is deciding whether to pony up $175,000 to use Bon Jovi's "Who Says You Can't Go Home" as part of a new tourism campaign targeted at young folk. Should the already deeply discounted price be deemed too steep for the Garden State, they'll go with Plan B: Bon Jovi's lesser-known "Who Says It's All Landfills."
