Carroll (James Purefoy) announced his presence in a grandiose (and bloody!) fashion on Monday's episode of The Following, sending Emma (Valorie Curry) and other followers to murder random patrons at a signing for Carrie Cook's (Sprague Grayden) book about the Havenport tragedy.
