EARLY EXIT
It's official: Jane Clayson will leave her post as anchor of CBS's The Early Show at the end of the month. Her exit follows the May departure of co-host Bryant Gumbel. Unlike Gumbel, Clayson will remain at the network; she'll serve as an Evening News correspondent and a contributor to 48 Hours Investigates. CBS is expected to announce a new Early Show team in the coming weeks.
