Duane Chapman No Longer Dogged by Mexican Authorities

Although bounty hunting is considered a crime in Mexico, charges against Duane "Dog" Chapman, his son and a member of their team have been dropped by a south-of-the-border court, TMZ has learned. Maybe the authorities finally realized that the TV vigilantes' removal of convicted serial rapist Andrew Luster from Puerto Vallarta would be good for tourism.
