Former Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas and previous Bachelor contestant Holly Durst are engaged to twins.

"I am very excited to finally be engaged to the man of my dreams! Stephen proposed to me on the beach with our families surrounding us. Best moment of my life!" Pappas tells TVGuide.com.

The Bachelor's terrible track record: A history of failed romances

Here's the backstory.

In fall 2007, the 28-year-old Pappas appeared on The Bachelor's Season 11 with Brad Womack. She and fellow finalist Jenni Croft were both rejected.

Pappas then went on to become The Bachelorette star on Season 4, which ended in her getting engaged to Jesse Csincsak. The pair split four months later.

Michael, a contestant on Jillian Harris' Bacheloretteseason, began dating Holly, 27, in July 2009 and later introduced DeAnna and Stephen.(By the way, Durst and Csincsak dated after his broken engagement to Pappas.)

Csincsak announced this week on his website that he proposed to Ann Lueders — yet another former contestant — from Jason Mesnick's season of The Bachelor.

Durst tells TVGuide.com that Michael proposed on a lake at sunset while they were at her home in Ohio. "I feel so loved and cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with him. I think I'm most excited about having babies," she says.

So will there be a double wedding?

"We have all talked about it! It just seems like it could be so much fun! I'm sure DeAnna and I are bound to disagree on many things because we have completely different styles! Things could get very interesting pretty soon!" Durst says.
