Donald Trump's Last Interview of the Year Will Air on Fox News' New Year's Eve Special

What are POTUS' New Year's resolutions?

Donald Trump has had an interesting year of interviews with Fox News in 2018.

Sometimes, his discussions with the network's anchors and hosts were planned well in advance, but in many cases, the POTUS would do things like hop from the Oval Office onto the White House lawn or dial in unexpectedly for free-wheeling chats about all manner of issues, big and small. And he's not done yet.

For his last interview of the year, Trump sat down with Fox News' Pete Hegseth for a discussion that is expected to cover the ongoing government shutdown -- which has been largely spurred by his insistence that Congress allot enough taxpayer dollars to fund his border wall -- as well as his hopes for 2019.

The interview is expected to air as part of Fox News' "All-American New Year" countdown special, which kicks off at 8/7c with co-hosts Griff Jenkins and Carley Shimkus and a two-hour Countdown to All-American New Year special before Hegseth and Lisa "Kennedy" Montgomery take over from Times Square at 10/9c.

It's not clear what time Trump's final interview of 2018 will air, but we can probably expect it to be part of the second portion of the segment which features Hegseth himself.
