Don Lemon Holds Up Giant N-Word Sign on CNN

In the wake of debates surrounding the Confederate flag and President Barack Obama saying the N-word, Don Lemon sought to engage viewers in a discussion on race in America. Unfortunately, the CNN Tonight anchor is not one for subtlety.

"Does this offend you?" Lemon asked, holding up the Confederate flag and helpfully explaining, "It's the Confederate flag!"

Next, Lemon held up a sign with the N-word emblazoned across it in all caps. "Does this offend you?" he asked again.

The answer was a resounding yes and the reaction to Lemon's stunt was swift, brutal and often hilarious.
