Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein's death has been ruled an accidental overdose.
Check out other musicians who died too soon
The celebrity DJ died Aug. 28 at age 36 of "acute intoxication" from the combined effects of cocaine, oxycodone (OxyContin), hydrocodone (Vicodin), Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole (a drug used to cut cocaine), a spokeswoman for the New York medical examiner, Ellen Borakove, confirmed to TVGuide.com.
Goldstein, who notably battled drug addiction, was found dead in his New York City apartment after an apparent relapse. A crack pipe was found in the apartment, and nine undigested OxyContin pills were found in his body.
