Martin Lawrence is tying up traffic again. Commuters in Miami are seeing red this week after producers of Bad Boys 2, which reunites Lawrence with Will Smith, were granted permission to film a scene on the busy MacArthur Causeway — the main pipeline between Miami and Miami Beach. Government officials approved the four-day closure, promising a payout of $20 million to the local economy. But that's little consolation to the road's 90,000 daily motorists, many of whom have found their 15-minute commute stretched to more than an hour.
