Dennis Rodman has checked into a rehab facility for alcohol addiction,TMZ reports. According to sources close to the former NBA player, he entered a treatment center several days ago following his most recent trip to North Korea. It was there Rodman had his now-infamous meltdown on CNN —something he blames on alcohol.

Rodman, 52, will remain in treatment for 30 days.
This is not Rodman's first trip to rehab. He entered treatment in 2008, butrelapsed shortly after appearing on Celebrity Rehab in 2009.
