It's a good thing Danielle Campbell is already familiar with fake blood thanks to her time on The Originalsbecause it sounds like her next project will have plenty of it to go around.

Deadline reports that Campbell has been cast in a new psychological thriller series from Kevin Williamson called Tell Me a Story. The show will air on CBS All Access, reimagining the familiar fairy tales of The Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood and Hansel and Gretel in a modern day New York City. It's described as an "epic and subversive tale of love, loss, greed, revenge and murder."

Campbell will play Kayla, a beautiful girl full of anger after the death of her mother, who moves to New York City with her father. Kayla has strayed from her once promising path though, falling in with a bad crowd and partying to distract herself from the pain of her mother's death. The casting notice also mentions that Kayla's grandmother will be played by Sex and the City's Kim Cattrall.

Give this girl a red cloak already, right?
