Derek Hough just doesn't know how to quit Dancing with the Stars.

The five-time champ announced earlier this year that he wouldn't be returning to ABC's competition show, but has apparently reversed his decision. Hough, 29, was included among the pros in the Season 20 cast announcement on Good Morning America Tuesday morning. He'll be paired with Olympic gold medalist gymnast Nastia Liukin.

The pair will rehearse in New York, where Liukin is studying at NYU and Hough is starring in a show at Radio City Music Hall, and will fly to Los Angeles each week for the Monday shows.

Other celebrities joining the cast this year include Suzanne Somers, Rumer Willis, Patti LaBelle and openly gay NFL player Michael Sam. Eleven stars were announced on Tuesday, and a 12th competing celebrity, who will be paired with Season 19 champ Witney Carson, will be announced at a later date.

Tom Bergeron teased of Carson's partner on GMA: "He couldn't rose so early — I mean, rise." Might it be Bachelor star Chris Soules?

Carson's partner last season, Alfonso Ribeiro, was on hand Tuesday to show off the new "disco ball" trophy, and also to offer some advice to the new cast. "It's a marathon, not a sprint," he told the celebs.

As previously announced, pros Cheryl Burke and Karina Smirnoff are also not returning for Season 20.
